If you like the theatre
this is for you – help is urgently needed
If
you would like to make new friendships and support disabled adults to prepare a
piece of theatre, Saffron Walden Adult Resource Centre would like you to join
them. The work involves all aspects of theatre production such as assisting with
learning scripts, costume and make-up assistance. The work for this weekly group
is varied and fun.
Calling all animal lovers!
Cinnamon
Trust provides elderly and ill
people with day to day care for their pets. Drivers are needed to take pets to
vets or to foster homes. To do this you need to have a car. They also need
people to put up posters in places within their community, for example libraries
and surgeries so that elderly people know they can get help. Why

Help disabled young people
to enjoy life to the full
Out
and About works to match you and your interests with disabled children and young
people who have similar interests. You will support the young people so that
they can be included in leisure activities available for non-disabled youth.
They will have fun and so will you and expenses are paid.
Variety is the spice of
life!
The Rhodes Arts Complex needs committed
volunteers for front of house duties
, such as welcoming visitors for events and
shows and selling tickets.
Working times are flexible. If you can use a
computer, enjoy meeting people and
like variety
